Adult Fellowship

Dinners for 8

Dinners for 8 is our main fellowship event for adults. These are small fellowship groups of 8 (sometimes more), that meet once a month over dinner. We reassign groups every 6 months, so you’ll get the opportunity to meet lots of new people! All you need to do is let us know you’d like to participate and we will be in touch.

Methodist Men and women

These fellowship groups are open to anyone in our church! Email office@clintonmethodist.com and we will get you in touch with the group leaders.

Methodist Men meet monthly for food and fellowship. They do various service projects throughout the year, such as helping with maintenance projects, volunteering, and more.

Methodist Women meet monthly for food and fellowship. They do various service projects throughout the year, such as volunteering at Harvesters, drives for local charities, and more.

Adult Education

We offer a variety of adult education classes on Sunday mornings at 9:15.

If you would like to join a class, please email us at office@clintonmethodist.com and we will get you in touch with a teacher!

Koinonia: The Koinonia Sunday School class is taught by Suzanne Ammons. These women cover a wide variety of topics that relate to living a Christian life.  This small group truly enjoys supporting each other through their busy lives.  If you enjoy conversation that allows you to relate with others, then this is the class for you.

Circle L: The Circle L Sunday School class is taught by Fred and Carolyn McAllister. This is ideal for adults of mid to older ages and welcomes singles, couples and widows.  They focus on current life situations as related to the scripture.  The Circle L class enjoys volunteering together for Christmas Cheer, Samaritan Center and other ways to help the church and community.  This is a friendly and caring group that would love for you to join them.

Seekers: This group Seeks to study the Bible in depth.  The classroom is located downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. (basement). They have also adopted a Bright Futures classroom and regularly take part in reading and volunteering in the class.  They have quite the gathering, so feel free to join them and find out what they are all about!
